Details: After last year's visit to Tulips for Tapping, photo walks are pleased to be returning for another two workshops in 2024. The Mark Eves owned field will open from 18th to 29th April with proceeds from entry fees donated to The Norfolk Hospice - Tapping House. Last year over £140,000 was raised through ticket sales and this year's event is expected to sell quickly and exceed that target. Full details for the two week field opening and standard 45 minute ticket bookings can be found here > https://www.norfolktulips.co.uk/

About the photography workshops: Our group photography workshops offer a chance to stroll the fields for an extended time, in that time we'll think about the best ways to photograph the incredible colours and rows of flowers. After an introduction and some gentle direction, you'll be free to wander the fields to capture things in your own creative style. I'll be walking around with my camera and on hand to take a look at your images, to answer any questions and to offer advice on camera settings/composition as and when you might need it. For those who'd like to, half way through the session we'll take a short break for some refreshments at one of the catering stalls.

The event is aimed at beginner and hobbyist photographers, any camera type is fine (smartphones included) - please don't worry if you're new to photography, our events aren't a competition and everyone is made to feel welcome. Group sessions aren't intended to be in depth/technical tuition sessions but more of an opportunity for like minded folk to get together in beautiful places and practice taking photographs. If you have any questions before booking your place, please just drop me an email.

On request of The Norfolk Hospice and Belmont Nurseries, attendees agree that images will be for personal use only. While you are free to share images online and print for home use, any images sold without permission will be in breach of commercial copyright. If you wish to sell any of the images you take during our workshop, please contact the Hospice directly for a commercial pass.

Car Parking: Yes - £2 per car (payable on car park entry - proceeds to The Norfolk Hospice)
Accessible via Public Transport: Yes - please email for directions and journey planning from your location
Toilet Facilities: Yes

Weather: The photography workshops will go ahead in all weathers. However, if poor weather means the tulip field has to be closed by the organisers, a full refund will be provided. Notice of cancellation will depend on notice from the organisers.

Emergency Contact: Attendees will be asked to provide contact details for themselves and an emergency contact. This information will be used only for emergency updates or in the event of injury/accident if required. This information will be securely stored (digitally) and disposed of (deleted) within 21 days of the walk ending. Names and phone numbers will not be used for any other purpose. This information is required for your own safety.
