1-to-1, Couples & Private Group Photo Walks
1-to-1, couples and private group photo walks are now booking for the 2026 season.
From three hour walking workshops to full weekend escapes, creative photography sessions provide time and space for beginners, improvers, loved ones and friendship/community groups to explore and learn a brilliant hobby, all professionally planned and guided.
From incredible coastal scenery & Norfolk's famous big skies, to steam trains, wildlife & stunning gardens, there is always something to see, photograph and enjoy in Norfolk. Whether you choose to book a short tuition session, full day or whole weekend on your own, with a partner, friend, or larger group, it'll be great to welcome you along.
At the start of each session you'll be offered some gentle direction to inspire creative thinking and throughout our time together will be offered advice on composition and camera settings. All camera types are fine, walking workshops run at a relaxed pace and you'll be encouraged with every click of the shutter.

Scenic Norfolk Locations
Locations selected for walks and weekends are hand picked depending on what you might like to photograph. For a half or full day session, we'll visit one location and for a full weekend we'll visit three. Three night weekend escapes are fully itinerized and include accommodation.
Examples of locations & attractions from across 6 years of tutoring include:
Thornham, Burnham Overy, Pensthorpe, Sculthorpe Moor, Bawsey, Wolferton, Blakeney/Morston, Wells next the Sea, Holkham, Cromer, The North Norfolk Railway, Tulips for Tapping, Walsingham Abbey, Norwich, King's Lynn, Horsey, Happisburgh, Snettisham & Titchwell.

What dates are available for private walks and tours?
1-to-1, couples and private group sessions usually take place at weekends. They run from March to October.
When requesting a three hour or full day session, please provide 3 Saturday or Sunday dates and I'll reply to confirm availability.
When requesting a full weekend booking, please provide 3 Friday dates - I'll check with accommodation providers and reply to confirm availabilty.
Can I book as a gift?
Yes - Gift Vouchers are available for 3 hour 1-2-1 and couples walks.

What else do I need to know?
Walks are wholly dependent on the weather. If any type of yellow/amber/red warning is forecast, a walk will be cancelled or moved to an indoor location where viable. Walks and weekends will go ahead in wet weather so please dress accordingly.
Ages 16+ only. If you're under 16 and would like to come along, please ask a parent or guardian to email and book on your behalf. I ask that anyone under 16 is accompanied by an adult on walk day.
As much as I love dogs, they tend to distract a bit when taking photographs so sadly aren't permitted for private photo walks.
Although we're likely to stop during our walk for refreshments, please feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks.
Due to the mix of terrain in some locations, walks may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility, please ask before booking.
Walk lengths vary from 2-5 miles depending on location
Half or full length coast path walks can be planned for over 3-4 days. If that's something you'd like to do, please just let me know.
How do I request a booking?
To request a booking, please email [email protected] with details of:
1) Your name/s and a contact number/email address
2) Your preferred date/s (please supply at least 3 options for best chance of matching availability)
3) Any preferred locations/attactions you'd like to visit/photograph
4) Your required session length - 3 hours, full day (6 hours) or weekend
I'll respond within 48 hours to discuss your booking, once dates and details are confirmed, I'll provide an invoice request for payment.
Your booking is only confirmed once full payment is received.
