Norfolk Photography Walks Weekend Break

Details: Aimed at beginner and hobbyist photographers, the Norfolk Photography Walks Weekend Break offers attendees the chance to practice photography over two days in numerous locations on the beautiful Norfolk coast. Our accommodation will be a forest lodge, situated a stones throw from the North Norfolk coast and steam railway in Weybourne. Guests are welcome to arrive on the Friday evening with our photography adventure starting on Saturday morning. The photography weekend will end on Sunday but guests are welcome to stay at the lodge until Monday morning.
Over the weekend, for Saturday, the plan is to spend some time in Blakeney before taking a short walk along the coast path to Morston. From here we'll board a boat to Blakeney Point to see the seals. If there's time, on our way back to base, we'll stop at Cley-next-the-Sea to photograph the windmill and surrounding marshes. Sunday will see us board a steam train to Sheringham before taking a stroll through the town to the summit of Beeston Hill (Beeston Bump). You'll have some free time in Sheringham to enjoy some fish and chips before our return journey to Weybourne in the afternoon.
While we'll be visiting our locations as a group and sleeping under the same roof, there will be free time in the evenings and (briefly) during the days for you to head off and do your own thing (you are of course welcome to stay around the accommodation and enjoy the peaceful surroundings) - if the sky is clear in the evenings, we may even try some astrophotography!
Basic Itinerary (timings to be confirmed):
Friday - Check in - 6pm to 10pm
Saturday - Seal Boat Trip to Blakeney Point from Morston - if time allows, we'll stop on our return journey at Cley-next-the-Sea.
Sunday - A steam train ride on the NNR from Weybourne to the seaside town of Sheringham, then a stroll to the top of Beeston Bump.
Monday - Check out before 10am
Accommodation: A self catering Log Cabin - Weybourne Forest Lodges - Two Twin Rooms are available (4 Spaces) - Solo guests will be sharing with others.
Price: £350 per person. Includes accommodation, boat trip, steam train ride and photography guidance over the weekend. Food, drink and travel to our locations is not included.
