Details: For our King's Lynn in mono walking workshop, we'll be focusing on three different styles of photography - architecture, abstract and street. It's an opportunity to use black and white mode on your camera and to learn techniques for capturing eye catching monochrome images.
Starting from outside the Corn Exchange on Tuesday Market Place, we'll head past St. George's Guildhall to the Custom House and South Quay. From here we'll head to the ornate Trinity Guildhall, King's Lynn Minster, Greyfriars Tower then into the parkland of the walks and Red Mount Chapel. Our walk will end back at the Corn Exchange at approx. 2:30pm. While we won't break for lunch on this walk, we will take some rest stops on route, if you wish to bring snacks and drinks, please do feel free.
While the walk is fairly long, there is a great deal to see and the time will (as always!) pass very quickly.
Photo walks are aimed primarily at beginner and hobbyist photographers but all abilities are welcome. Due to the group size and mix of abilities, walks tend not to be 'in depth' technical tuition sessions but are more of an opportunity for like minded people to practice a great hobby with some professional direction, inspiration and guidance. All very relaxed, friendly and fun.

Weather: Photography walks are dependent on the weather. If there's a forecast of heavy rain or any type of weather warning, the walk will be cancelled. 24+ hours notice will be provided by email with information on cancellation. Emergency Contact: Attendees will be asked to provide contact details for themselves and an emergency contact. This information will be used only for emergency purposes if required. This information will be securely stored and disposed of within 21 days of the walk ending. Names and phone numbers will not be used for marketing or any other purpose.
