Photographing Gooderstone - Group Photography Walk

Details: For this group walk, we'll be visiting beautiful Gooderstone Water Gardens in West Norfolk to capture the grounds as they burst into life for spring. The gardens include 4 ponds, 13 numbered bridges, waterways, a nature trail and bird hide (if you're lucky, you may see a Kingfisher!). There is a tearoom on site and plenty of benches for those who just want to sit, relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Gooderstone Water Gardens is the perfect place to visit and escape for a couple of hours. After a brief introduction and some gentle direction, you'll be free to wander the gardens and photograph things in your own creative style. I'll be making my way around the group to offer advice on compositions/camera settings and to answer any questions you might have.
Photo walks are aimed at beginner and hobbyist photographers. Due to the mix of abilities attending, walks aren't designed to be in depth tuition sessions but more of a chance for friendly like minded people to get together to practice photography. Things only get as technical as the questions you ask. All camera types are fine, smartphones included.
Car Parking: Yes - Free of Charge
Accessible via Public Transport: Yes - two buses from King's Lynn. Please email if you require directions from your location.
Toilet Facilities: Yes - on site
Refreshments/Cafe: Yes - there is a tea room on site
Weather: Photography walks are dependant on the weather. If there's a forecast of heavy rain or any type of weather warning, the walk will be cancelled. Full terms and conditions can be found via the link below. If the walk has to be cancelled for any reason (including but not limited to poor weather), a full refund will be provided. Where possible, cancelled walks will be rescheduled for later in the year.
Emergency Contact: Attendees are required to provide a personal mobile number and details for an emergency contact. This information will only be used for emergency purposes if/as required. This information will be securely stored and disposed of within 21 days of the walk ending. Names and phone numbers will not be used for any other purpose. This information is required for your own safety.
Attendees will be emailed 48-72 hours before the event with final joining instructions, a weather update and a link to provide contact information.
