Details: For this walk, we'll be starting in Brancaster Staithe before heading along the North Norfolk Coast Path to Burnham Deepdale. We'll be photographing boats, marshland, fishing vessels, land and skyscapes. At the start of our walk, you'll be offered some photography themes and direction. During our walk, you'll be free to shoot and interpret those themes in your own creative style, if you'd prefer to do your own thing, that is more than fine too. Photo walks offer the locations, time and space to practice photography how you want to. I'll be on hand to offer advice on composition, to assist with camera settings and to answer any questions you might have. The walk will end at Deepdale Backpackers and Camping, for those who'd like to grab some lunch there is a cafe, garage shop and two pubs nearby. Otherwise, at this point, feel free to head back along the road (or back along the coast path) to our start point.
The walk is aimed primarily at beginner and hobbyist photographers but is open to everyone who loves taking photos and being outdoors. Any camera type is fine (smartphones included) - please don't worry if you're new to photography, walks aren't a competition and all abilities are welcome. Group walks aren't intended to be in depth/technical tuition sessions but more of an opportunity for like minded folk to get together to practice taking photographs with some gentle encouragement and guidance. If you have any questions before booking your place, please just drop me an email.
